About us
In one of the most beautiful corners of Bulgaria, near the Rhodope village of Mochura, we at Mochura Hunting took care of the game farming to offer you plenty of game and unforgettable experiences.
Our Mission
The main goal of wildlife management activities is to ensure optimal living and development conditions for the game. When there is a good food supply, a calm environment, and limited presence of predators (including stray dogs), the animals remain within the estate, leading to higher numbers and better-quality populations.
Restoring habitats
In recent years, efforts have been focused on Restoration of overgrown, self-forested and bushy terrains, which in the past were highly productive areas. Thanks to modern technology – Biomass Shredder, as well as manual work with brushcutters and chainsaws, the grounds are cultivated, plowed and sown with suitable crops – both annual and perennial.
Active management of open areas
All open areas are managed with a clear purpose – for the production of concentrated feed, sowing of alfalfa, haymaking, as well as for direct grazing by game. This supports feeding throughout all seasons and keeps the wildlife in good condition.
